Our office does not over-schedule. If you are a new patient you will be scheduled for a full hour or more with our hygienist. The doctor’s appointments are scheduled according to the time it takes to complete the procedure.
It is extremely important that you respond to your appointment reminder notices and notify the office that you will be coming to your scheduled appointment. If you do not respond to the reminder notice, we have no way of knowing whether or not you are coming to the appointment. You will be reminded by email, text or phone depending on your preference about two weeks prior to your appointment, then three to four days prior and finally one hour prior.
Please note that if you do not respond to the three to four day reminder, your appointment may be given to someone else.
It is important to give us at least 24 hours notice if you cannot come to your appointment. This allows us to give that time to someone else. Failure to give 24 hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee. We really do not want to charge this fee, so please give us 24 hours notice!!
